Profession and Career
Professional athletes start early, learning the skills at an early age. Almost all world-class sports players spend 15-20 years mastering their game.
Take Roger Federer. He started playing tennis at a tender age of 3, winning his first ATP title at 19 and his first grand slam at 21.
Why should that be any different in the workplace?
When we start working, we almost all have no idea of the industry or the job at hand. School and college education make us resilient and wise enough not to make a fool of ourselves.
Pick a line early and build on the skills. The more hours we put in, the better we will become. Be patient.
Focus on your craft, become a professional, and your career will be a by-product.
